| Artist's note: This photo was taken from a
small distance with a telephoto lens while hiking in state preservation
land in Massachusetts. Just moments after taking the shot, the male fox
trotted up with a male mallard in his mouth. The female fox woke
immediately and they both quickly scooted off beyond sight. I only had
the one chance to grab this photo of her in her serenity.
Item note: Professionally enlarged and printed on Kodak© print paper, this piece is beautifully framed in a burlwood-like wood frame (painted black on the outer edges) that draws out the red-tones in her fur. The double mat is a medium olive inner with an antique white outer that perfectly compliment the moss on the rocks and the whites in her fur respectively. |

| Artist's note: This door pull is on a very
large, black leather clad door leading to a courtyard of the Chiang Kai
Chek Memorial Hall in Taipei, Taiwan. Its beautifully polished surface
reflected the colors of the courtyard beyond as well as the visitors.
Molded from solid brass, this piece is striking in its detail and the
final framed image is enlarged to just slightly smaller than the
original's actual size (which is why I show myself in the photo, to
give a size reference).
Item note: Professionally enlarged and printed on Kodak© print paper, this photo is beautifully framed in a black antiqued wooden frame that matches the black background in the photo. The double mat is a garnet inner and a dark olive outer that perfectly compliment the same colors reflected in the brass of the door pull. |
